Following the emergence of Covid-19 we successfully introduced video and telephone conferencing to enable us to carry out our mediation services while safeguarding the health of our clients and staff. Clients have found it straightforward to engage with us in this way and we have been able to help them settle differences and reach agreements in the same way as with face to face mediation.
